  • Deliver planned maintenance, response work, and general network upkeep to a high standard.

  • A reliable, team-focused approach and the ability to work well with others on site.
  • Good judgement, initiative, and a willingness to pitch in where needed.

  • Parental leave top up payment with additional return to work support.
  • Ongoing training and development, with clear career growth and progression opportunities.

Titles matter less than ideas, and we back each other to do work we can be proud of. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. That means a relaxed, down-to-earth team culture day to day, with high standards where it counts. We're always looking for better ways to work, grow, and deliver for our clients and communities.
