Description
The Role:
- Lead and work alongside the crew on site
- Operate machinery and carry out civil carpentry (boxing, formwork, etc.)
- Site set-out including site cuts, detailed excavation, and working to RLs
- Plan daily works, allocate tasks, and oversee progress
- Coordinate with PMs/SMs, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Read plans and ensure works meet specifications
- Complete daily reports, timesheets, and documentation
- Drive efficiency while maintaining high H&S and quality standards
About You:
- Strong civil construction experience in a leadership role
- Confident communicator with good English
- Practical, reliable, and safety-focused
- Positive attitude, easy to work with, and keen to grow
