Description
This is a commercial construction contractor that is now looking for their next Bid Writer to join the team. They are a Tier 2/3 contractor that are a flexible employer and can fit in with personal circumstances. Enjoying a pick-up in pipeline, they are looking to build on this momentum and continue the trend and employ a Bid writer who can create compelling, client focused proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft clear, persuasive, and tailored content for tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and capability statements
- Work closely with Directors and the estimator to gather information and shape winning narratives
- Manage bid timelines, coordinate inputs, and ensure submissions are compliant and professionally presented
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends to strengthen bid positioning
Your Background
- Proven experience writing bids for commercial construction projects
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple deadlines
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Remuneration
Salary: $100K - $120K pending experience + Benefits
