Civil Spotter / Labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Spotter / Offsider to join our clients team, supporting a drill rig operator on-site.

This is a hands-on role where youll play a key part in ensuring safe and efficient operations around heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the drill rig operator
• Acting as a spotter when the drill rig is moving
• Guiding and monitoring during reversing to ensure clearances are maintained
• Identifying and removing potential obstructions from the work area
• Maintaining a high level of site awareness and safety at all times

What Were Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a physical environment
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Previous experience around heavy machinery or in same capacity is preferred
