Are you an experienced construction professional with a hands-on, proactive approach? We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to oversee multiple building projects from handover through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from handover to completion, updating project schedules, resolving on-site issues, and managing milestones.
- Supervise site teams including managers, apprentices, and labourers, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate subcontractors, track hours, assign tasks, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Manage procurement, materials, inspections, and approvals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct quality control, manage practical completion walkthroughs, and ensure client sign-off.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of company policies, procedures, and client satisfaction initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in construction operations or project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction sector.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
