This award-winning project management firm has an outstanding reputation across the construction industry delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sectors. Due to growth, they are now looking for a project manager to take on a portfolio of clients.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes and advising on procurement options
- Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA/risk, financial reporting, budget management/cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works and various project reports
- Manage stakeholders and conduct and/or chair meetings
As a project manager, you will need to come from a project management consultancy. You have 3+- years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health and education. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.

Salary $90K and $130K (pending experience) + Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
