This is a high energy, innovative and IT savvy medium sized commercial construction company that is particular about who they are and what they are looking to achieve.
Their people as critical to the success of the business and performance on projects. They employ high performing positive individuals that have a youthful energy and desire to work within a similar team mindset. Most of their projects are between the $5M - $20M contract value mark but with some exceptions.
This contractor has built a cohesive team that share the right attitude. They offer a positive workplace culture with regular events on the work calendar.
Due to steady growth and a secure pipeline, they are now looking to bring on an Intermediate/Senior QS with support from a senior to assist with the commercial management of several jobs. Your role will largely involve subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 6+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience, including design and build experience and with relevant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
