ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team permanently. In this role, you will take charge of cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles. You'll work closely with project managers and site teams to manage tenders, contracts, and progress claims, ensuring every project achieves profitability and precision from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and oversee comprehensive cost plans and budgets- Manage tender processes, contract negotiations, and progress claims- Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to track financial performance- Ensure project profitability and accuracy, maintaining high standards throughout
