Site Manager - Auckland
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a range of civil projects across Auckland. This role suits someone confident running sites from set-out through to completion, with a strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roading, and services coordination. You'll work closely with the Project and the Construction Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

What you'll do:
- Overall day-to-day management of civil construction sites
- Coordinating crews, plant, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Managing earthworks, drainage, pavements and services installation
- Programming works and monitoring progress against timelines
- Ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental, and quality standards
- Conducting toolbox talks, site meetings, and inductions
- Liaising with engineers, councils, and inspectors
- Maintaining site documentation, reports, and as-built information
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Site Manager role
- Strong knowledge of NZ civil construction practices and standards
- Confident leadership with the ability to drive productivity on site
- Solid understanding of H&S, environmental, and traffic management requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant civil, engineering, or trade qualification preferred
- Full NZ driver's license and NZ work rights
