This main contractor centered on family-based values are about to commence a new hotel project. They have strong relationships with developers allowing consistency of commercial projects work spanning decades.
This role would see you reporting into a PM and being responsible for all site activities on the first stage of a large hotel development. You will be coordinating subcontractors and trades, cost control, organising relevant materials, equipment and access and H&S. You will have a strong command of fit-out and services coordination as well as a Passive fire understanding.
Key background for this role:
- Broad experience across multi story structures including concrete, structural, acoustics, and more complex buildings
- Programming and progress reporting experience
- Material procurement
- Energy and drive
- Health and safety
- Ideally trade qualified but experience most critical

Remuneration: $140K - $155K + vehicle/veh allowance pending experience
