A well-backed property group is looking for a Contract Site Manager to step in and drive a number of smalll commercial projects through to completion.
What’s in it for you:
- $70 – $80 per hour
- Paid for every hour worked
- Weekly pay
- 3-month contract
- Immediate start
The Work: These are live environment projects, involving a mix of:
- Joinery packages
- Balcony works
- Interior upgrades
- Re-roofing
- Boiler works
This role suits someone organised, proactive, and confident coordinating multiple work fronts in an active site environment.
The Role:
- Managing subcontractors and day-to-day site activity
- Building and maintaining a short-term programme
- Coordinating works in a live environment
- Driving progress to get projects completed on time
- Liaising with stakeholders and reporting progress
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good understanding of the subcontractor market
- Ability to create and manage short-term programmes
- Confident communicator who can drive site performance
