Description
A mid-sized regional construction company working in the commercial, aged care, low rise, interiors and industrial space is viewed by several as reliable and a trusted main contractor. They build generally across $500k-$30m across new build offices, warehouses, childcare, industrial units, aged care facilities and accompanying fitouts.
They are on the lookout for their next SM for their up-and-coming pipeline of new work.
You must have 8+ years or more site based commercial construction management experience in NZ and be able to show a history of working on commercial projects that ideally involve concrete, pre-cast, structural steel and interior fit-out. As a site manager you will be confident in your ability to deliver projects on time and to budget. You will also be confident and polished in your dealings with clients, naturally possessing great verbal communication skills.
The key background for this role is a carpenter by trade with a great eye for a quality finish and a leadership style that fosters a positive and safe working environment.
