A very large QLD builder/developer is looking into the NZ market to bring on an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-density residential retirement builds.
This is a long-term opportunity with serious scale — projects can reach up to 100 single-dwelling homes per site, with staggered starts and strong internal support.

The Role: You’ll be responsible for managing residential builds onsite from 6:30am – 5:00pm, overseeing programme, quality and safety across large-scale retirement developments.
You’ll have the support of:
- Site Supervisors
- Leading Hands
- Trainees
This is structured, systemised residential construction at scale — not a one-man-band operation.
What You’ll Bring:
- QBCC Supervisor Licence (can help)
- Trade-qualified carpenter or strong building background
- Proven experience delivering residential projects (large scale)
- Ability to manage multiple builds with staggered programmes
- High energy, strong communication and leadership skills
