Work with our well-respected client, known for their exceptional project delivery and high-quality workmanship. Work on projects that will help shape and deliver the future of the Wellington you see and experience.
Projects focus on streetscapes, pedestrianisation projects, and council maintenance. Most projects will require you to work in tight areas, with live traffic, pedestrians, and council nearby. Lead a small team on the ground to deliver work efficiently and to a high standard. Our clients projects are in the public eye, so a high degree of workmanship and presentability is key.
On site works consists of:
- Formwork
- Concrete placing & finishing
- Kerb and channel
- Power, lighting, irrigation, telecom integration
- Street furniture
- Paving designs
Our offer:
- $35 - $42+ per hour
- Opportunities to go permanent
- Solid workload supplemented with council maintenance contracts

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience on the tools (least 4+ years)
- 5+ years civil carpentry or drainage experience
- WTR / Truck licenses are beneficial
- Experience leading teams / managing personnel
- Team-working skills and interpersonal/communication skills
- 2 industry references
- SiteSafe / Construct Safe
