Description

Long-term opportunities to move into a Foreman position. Support to gain a Drainlayer qualification. Experience in Drainage is essential.

We are looking for a Leading Hand to join our Drainage team in Levin. This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on! You will be leading the Drainage crew and will be 2IC to the site Foreman.

The ideal candidate would bring to the role:

  • Be a confident communicator, reliable and an honest team player who leads from the front.
  • You will be a people person - you will enjoy leading a team or have an interest in stepping into this position.
  • 3+ years' experience in Drainage.
  • Class 2 licence, WTR and Forklift.
  • PE Welding tickets - EF and Butt welding.
  • Confined Space Certification.
  • Connexis Level 3 qualification in Pipe Construction and Maintenance.
  • Ideally you will have basic computer literacy to manage your workload on a variety of Apps.
