We're on the hunt for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and dynamic construction team in the Manawatu region. This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start available.
You'll be stepping into a key position working alongside Project Managers and internal teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. With a solid pipeline of local projects and a collaborative team environment, this is a great opportunity for a QS ready to take ownership and grow.
The Role Includes:
- Preparing and pricing variations, payment claims, and purchase orders
- Overseeing projects at various stages
- Managing supplier and subcontractor agreements
- Liaising with consultants, clients, and contractors
- Supporting tender preparation and analysis
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
What's On Offer:
- Salary $90,000+
- Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Shared Ute access
- Local projects - travel limited to day trips within the Manawatu region

What We're Looking For:
- Quantity Surveying experience in New Zealand
- Strong background working with main contractors
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Confident communicator and skilled at stakeholder engagement
- Highly organised and detail-focused
