About the Role
You'll be responsible for setting up and overseeing traffic management sites, ensuring compliance with TMPs, and leading crews to deliver safe, efficient operations.
What We're Looking For
- Current STMS qualification
- Experience: Proven traffic management background
- Licence: Minimum Class 1 Full Driver's Licence (Class 2 preferred)
- Transport: Reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Attitude: Safety-first, team player, and strong communication skills
Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage traffic management sites
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and TMPs
- Lead and support on-site crews
- Communicate effectively with clients and the public
- Maintain accurate site documentation
