Our client is a well-established and highly respected civil construction company with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and above all, safety. With a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards across all work sites, they're now looking to expand their experienced traffic management team in the Hawke's Bay region.
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated TMO to join their dedicated team ASAP. If you're a proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and dismantling traffic management sites
- Installing road cones, barriers, and signage as per plans
- Directing traffic and pedestrians to ensure site safety
- Collaborating closely with team members and site supervisors
- Maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment
Skills and Attributes:
- TMO qualification
- Full Class 1 driver's licence (Restricted may be considered)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
- A positive, reliable, and safety-first attitude
