Description
We're seeking qualified, practising STMS workers who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to put in the hours. With projects based primarily around Palmerston North - and occasional out-of-town work - flexibility is essential. You'll be responsible for setting up and packing down TMPs, supporting onsite crews, and ensuring work zones remain safe and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up & packing down TMPs
- Supporting onsite crews with general labouring
- Travelling to sites across the wider Manawatu as required
- Make sure the traffic management plan is followed correctly.
- Set up and check the signs, cones, and barriers.
- Keep workers, drivers, and the public safe.
- Report any issues or incidents.
What You'll Need
- Current TMO/STMS qualification (essential)
- Full Class 1 licence minimum
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety
- Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit - you'll be on your feet all day
