STMS

We are looking for an experienced STMS to step into a long-term role within a busy civil contractor. The work is focused across earthworks, demolition, subdivisions, utilities and general civil drainage projects, with jobs ranging from small works through to large-scale projects.

This is a hands-on role, with approximately 50% of your time acting as STMS and the remaining time involved in general civil works. There is strong potential to progress into managing your own team as workloads grow. This role suits someone with solid NZ experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to site safety.

What's expected of you?

• Current STMS - Practising is ideal, or be a skilled TMO keen to upskill!
• Minimum 3 years' experience in traffic management , and then a further 5+ years in the civil industry.
• Class 2 licence (ideal but not essential)
• Proactive, hands-on approach to site safety
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites in Wellington
• Be available for work in Jan sometime.
• No visa sponsorship available
