Our products and services include music and video programming, sound system installations, and licensing support - all tailored to meet our clients’ unique needs. We’re looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for your portfolio of clients-building strong relationships, providing technical support, managing installations, and delivering training to help them get the most out of their AMS Nightlife products. What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional people skills and a passion for building client relationships
- Outstanding customer service-we pride ourselves on it!
- A love for technology and willingness to learn (experience in Tier 1 or 2 tech troubleshooting is a bonus)
- A bit of a music enthusiast? Even better!
- Problem-solving ability and confidence to think on your feet
- Strong time management to handle a busy workload
