Location: Dominion Road, Auckland Pay Rate: $32 per hour Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Full-time, 100% in-office
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective arrears collections and recovery while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and external collection partners to deliver best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage arrears portfolios with agility and best practice standards.
- Achieve productivity targets and maintain strong relationships with collection partners.
- Ensure compliance with CCCFA, Privacy Act, Credit Repossession Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Complete Credit Solutions activities per company policies and escalate issues promptly.
Skills & Experience
- Strong data entry and telephonic experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in collections, credit, call centre.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident numerical and keyboard skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of credit management laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Financial services experience is highly desirable.
Personal Attributes
- High attention to detail, strong compliance focus and ethical.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Clear credit history and MOJ check required.
