The Opportunity

This role is based at our Botany site, where you'll be part of a fun team. You'll also work closely with our supportive Botany Service Team located near us. If you're ambitious, love great conversations, and thrive on delivering standout service, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

• Book service and repair appointments (accuracy matters!)
• Handle inbound calls, answering questions and resolving issues with confidence and care
• Make outbound calls to customers due for a WOF or service, helping them stay road-ready
• Keep records up to date and data clean, because details matter

What You'll Bring:

• At least 12 months of customer service experience (bonus points if you've worked in automotive)
• Excellent communication skills, you know how to connect with people
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Great time management and multitasking skills
• Confident with computers and eager to learn new systems
