Description

This is a hands-on customer service and operations role where you will take ownership of the full customer order journey - from processing orders through to coordinating domestic and international shipping and ensuring on-time delivery. Working closely with Finance and Operations Team, this role suits someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and isn’t afraid to put their hand up and get things done in a busy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Order Management

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process and manage sales orders daily.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment while considering production lead times and shipping requirements.Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Arrange domestic and international freight shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, commercial invoices, export documentation, and tariff codes.
  • Liaise with freight providers, couriers, and customers regarding delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate product returns and freight movements.
  • Support continuous improvement of freight and logistics processes.Finance & Administration
  • Assist with purchase order processing and receipting.
  • Support invoice processing and administration.
  • Raise freight invoices and manage freight cost on-charging.
  • Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous administration and logistics/shipping experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation abilities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience working within ERP systems (preferred).
  • Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or export-focused environments will be highly regarded.Personal Attributes
