We are looking for
- An amazing communicator
- Strong planning skills
- Bring with you new ideas and be able to discuss and implement change as required
- Dedicated team player who understands the key skills to lead a team
- Someone who loves curriculum and is inspirational for children and teachers
- Must be flexible with hour available to work
- Must truly love children and have a passion for working in the ECE sector
We work with our own OT/Psych specifically to help upskill teachers to deal with the ever increasing challenges that the modern family and children are bringing to our ECE centres. Our aim is to ensure all children develop and will become school ready. We have put alot of effort into working with the families and the local school to achieve positive outcomes for all.
We would consider someone moving into leadership, if you can meet the requirements. Plenty of training is available.
