Are you an organised friendly and reliable person who enjoys working in a warm community-focused environment and loves supporting others? We’re looking for a Centre Administrator to join our wonderful team!
In this role you’ll be the welcoming face of our centre — supporting teachers tamariki and whanau with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors and the image of our centre when people walk through the door. You’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to the warm supportive and fun team culture our centre is known for.
Our team is very united enjoys working together and sharing plenty of laughs — we’re looking for someone who will truly fit in and vibe with our centre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting parents whanau and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing enrolments attendance and centre records.
- Supporting staff with general administration and communication.
- Coordinating supplies invoices and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate systems and supporting smooth daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- Confident friendly and professional customer-facing skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A positive can-do attitude and a genuine love of working around children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Hours: 25 hours per week fixed hours 8:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday.
