What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting our dedicated teachers to create inspiring, hands-on learning experiences for tamariki.
• Supporting children's growth, curiosity, and creativity through engaging play and learning activities.
• Helping maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children feel excited to explore and learn every day.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Previous ECE experience is helpful, but not necessary—what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work across Whangamata centres—you can choose the location that works best for you!
• Two references from previous Managers.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass Police Vetting.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
