About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring team member to join our supportive team in a permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week) in our under 2's space. This is a fantastic opportunity to help inspire young minds while being part of a collaborative and values-driven centre culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences for tamariki
- Create engaging, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the centre alongside your team
- Build positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
- Contribute to an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong
About You
- Experience working with children under five (qualification not essential)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting tamariki to thrive
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to contribute
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of a caring community
