About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring team member to join our supportive team in a permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) in our toddler space. This is a wonderful opportunity to help inspire young learners while contributing to a positive, collaborative centre culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences for tamariki
- Create engaging, hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the centre alongside your team
- Foster positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
- Help maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued
About You
- Experience working with children under five (qualification not essential)
- A passion for early childhood education and supporting tamariki to thrive
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of a values-driven environment
