Our centre reflects the rich history of the land and honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi, embedding Te Reo Māori, local stories, and cultural traditions into everyday learning.
We're looking for a Teacher in Training to join our supportive team in a permanent role (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday) in our under 2's space. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your teaching practice while studying and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-quality ECE environment.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma programme
- A passion for child-led learning and curriculum development
- Understanding of Te Whāriki and ECE Regulations
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
- A genuine love for teaching and learning
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
