Our Belmont Y Kids programme has a great reputation in the school and the wider community and while we’re super sad to see our current manager retire and leave us, this creates a rare opportunity for an eager manager to continue the great work.
This is a unique position that offers:

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be managing a small team, liaising with school staff, ensuring the delivery of quality programmes, managing admin, and of course, developing great relationships with kids and their parents.
We will be looking for somebody who brings outstanding relationship skills, strong experience leading a team and the commitment to providing a fun, safe environment for kids.
During term time your hours will be 28.5 per week including 2.30-6pm Monday-Friday but with flexibility to complete admin work to suit you and the team. During Holiday Programmes your hours of work will be 40 per week.
By joining the Y Central team, you will receive training and support in your role and may be eligible for discounted after school care for your child.
