The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead our IANZ‑accredited construction materials testing laboratory, delivering high‑quality materials testing, asphalt and pavement product support for our business and clients.

In addition to the above you will:
- Lead and provide your team with clear direction, support, motivation and guidance
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory
- Maintain IANZ accreditation
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have solid experience leading, motivating and developing a team
- Be a health, safety and quality champion
- Possess a trade qualification in material testing or similar and hands-on experience in asphalt production principles, mix design and material properties related to construction and pavement (ideal)
- Have a strong understanding of construction materials testing, pavement products and asphalt
