About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting QSEI Coordinator role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to to help drive quality, health & safety, quality assurance, environmental and improvement initiatives across the business. This is your chance to make a real impact while playing a key role in maintaining compliance, quality assurance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business., making a real impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incidents, Documenting and managing, hazards, and near-misses
  • Supporting investigations, corrective actions, and compliance with HSE standards
  • Providing administrative support for HSEQ including, reporting and risk assessments
  • Championing a strong safety culture through engagement and example
  • Oversee Quality Assurance documentation, audits and compliance
  • Driving environmental and innovation initiatives
  • Managing contactor prequalification, renewals and inductions
  • Ownership of change control processes and documentation
  • Provide data to support operational excellence, monitoring performance and decision making.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualifications in Quality Assurance, Risk & Compliance, Business, Health & Safety, or Electrical
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems (CODEX, SAP, CTM, RIMS, ASSURA)
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and HSAW Act 2015
  • Strong communication, and attention to detail
  • Experience in electricity distribution/maintenance is a plus.
