Tamaki Marine Park are an innovative company who are passionate about boating & providing excellent customer service to our clients. We operate a busy Dry Stack, Boat Yard and Marina on the Tamaki River in Mt Wellington.

The services offered at our site include the storage and haulout of boats onto the hard stand with heavy lift trailers and forklifts. Along with the maintenance and upkeep of the machinery, there is also the need for the fabrication of boatyard equipment and projects around the site.

We are now looking to expand and require a Boatyard & Marina Maintenance Engineer to join our vibrant and friendly team.

We are looking for someone with previous hands-on mechanical, engineering, and fitting experience. This role would suit a mature individual or perhaps even a semi-retired engineer or similar.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

This role does not necessarily involve working on boats.

To succeed in this role you will need to have a can-do attitude and good hand-eye coordination. You will also be able to work autonomously and take initiative.
