Medical Receptionist - The Doctors Huapai/Waimauku
Waimauku & Huapai Clinics | 40 hours per week
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and high-performing team across our Waimauku and Huapai clinics.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday - Friday.
About You:
- You are warm, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
- You have a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences, and strong ability to stay calm and organised while juggling multiple tasks.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist (preferably in acute or urgent care)
- Strong knowledge of general practice workflows and patient coordination
- MedTech Evolution experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- A proactive, flexible team player with a positive attitude
