Ko wai koe/About you: You are an experienced and reliable administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative skills in a kaupapa setting. You bring experience from similar roles, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Furthermore, you are friendly and confident in dealing with a diverse range of people, making you an excellent fit for a role that involves interacting with whānau, clients and manuhiri.
Ngā pūkenga ka whai koe/Skills you will have:
- Experience in leadership of frontline administration and reception services.
- Knowledge of complex databases.
- Effective and appropriate written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated IT literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga is desirable.
- Understanding of whānau, hapu, iwi and Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its implications for Maori health.
