Job Description

As a Caregiver at our Summerset on the Landing Village, you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.

This is a permanent full-time role working on a 4 on - 2 off rotation of night shifts

Typical duties include:

Qualifications

You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.

You’ll bring with you:

• Experience in aged care or a similar role
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Commitment to working night shifts
• Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off
