We are seeking Support Workers in the Nelson area, to join our highly motivated team to engage with our client in supporting them to live their lives, in their communities, in ways that are meaningful to them.
To join our team you need to be:
- A great communicator and able to use a variety of communication strategies (eg: social media, texting, non-verbal communication aids)
- Able to commit to a client(s) for an extended period of time
- Willing to continually up skill your knowledge by attending information and training opportunities
- Have some weekend availability
Essential skills required:
- You must have your own vehicle and a Full drivers license
- Have a passion for helping people
- If you have no Health Qualification your application MAY not be considered
We need support workers with good availability, working around your flexible. We have a variety of hour ranging from, 1 hour to part day or full day work. Starting at casual/flexible, which can move towards guaranteed or permanent hours after some time.
