Your career will thrive working at Papamoa Beach Village. Your passionate experience and kindness to provide first class care for our residents will see you exceed in this role. You will be working 32 hours per week across a variety of shifts, so flexibility is essential.
Duties:
- Provide resident directed care and support to our residents.
- Work under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and choice.
- Contributes to and demonstrates knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans.
- Provide support for the family.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Hold an Health and Wellbeing certificate.
- Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
- Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred.
- Problem solving and decisive decision-making skills.
- Empathy and love making a difference in our residents’ lives.
