We are looking for motivated, compassionate, empathetic individuals to support our clients in their homes and out in the community to live their best life.
This job is ideal for support workers who have initiative and enjoy taking a flexible approach to supports each day. We offer the opportunity to work with a variety of clients who need support in their own homes or out in the community.
- Are you an experienced support worker who has worked in the community or residential environment?
- Are you able to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life?
- Are you able to work in a role that a combination of life-coaching, care work, companionship and being motivational?
- Do you have weekend availability?
- Do you have your own vehicle and a Full driver's licence?
- Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 healthcare qualification essential
- If you have no healthcare qualification your application may not be considered
