PODIATRIST Ballarat AUSTRALIA: Lake Health Group – Part Time to Full Time
OPPORTUNITY
Lake Health Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Podiatrist to join our large, collaborative and progressive allied health team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a relatively new graduate, this role offers exciting career growth, strong team support, and clinical variety.
You’ll work alongside highly credentialed practitioners, including senior podiatrists, Titled Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, within a modern, patient-centred clinic that values autonomy, innovation and evidence-based care.

ABOUT US
Lake Health Group is an innovative multidisciplinary practice offering physiotherapy, podiatry, massage, exercise rehabilitation and Pilates. We operate from purpose-built facilities with a fully equipped gym and rehabilitation area.
Our clinic is known for delivering exceptional client care, grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored for long-term results. Consultation times range between 20–60 minutes, allowing for deeper clinical reasoning and meaningful outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans across a diverse caseload
- Conduct clinic-based consultations and home visits
- Create personalised, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team
- Build strong external referral relationships
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Actively contribute to internal and external professional development
- Assist with marketing and community engagement where require
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- National Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Capacity to work independently and within a team
- Sound clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills

- A growth mindset and commitment to ongoing PD
- 2-5 years' experience ideal
