We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinical pharmacist to join our team, working across our Newmarket and Wairau clinics as needed. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive, patient-focused environment where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to individuals undergoing oncology and haematology treatment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a background in oncology and haematology. You must hold current pharmacist registration with the New Zealand Pharmacy Council and have a current annual practising certificate.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least two to three years of Hospital pharmacy experience.
• Oncology, haematology experience is desired
• Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop close working relationships.
• Strong attention to detail
• Professionalism
• Clinical Trials Experience desired

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Medication management, including treatment verification and ordering
• Support clinical trials pharmacy operations including inventory and regulatory compliance
• Patient education and counselling
• Managing treatment safety, quality and risk
• Engaging with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Oversight of medication ordering
