About the role As a Senior Psychologist, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for:
- Completing comprehensive psychological assessments to identify risk, needs, and wellbeing domains
- Facilitating and supporting group-based therapeutic programmes
- Providing individual therapy
- Delivering training to staff to strengthen therapeutic knowledge and intervention skills
- Offering clinical supervision and consultation to the wider team
What we’re looking for
- Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board
- Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical, Child and Family, Counselling or Educational Psychology
- Experience working therapeutically with tamariki, rangatahi, and whanau, or with clients with offending/problematic behaviour
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and psychometric testing
