We are currently seeking a Head Chef / Senior Chef to lead our kitchen team at Frasers Cafe.

You'll be working within a friendly, small, and dedicated team, with the opportunity to shape menus, influence kitchen culture, and drive consistency and quality.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations
• Design and develop seasonal, on-trend menus
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff
• Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control
• Work closely with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional customer experience

To be considered, you will have:

• At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role (or strong Sous Chef ready to step up)
• Proven leadership or supervisory skills in a busy kitchen
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Reliable, positive attitude with excellent work ethic
• Good English communication and numeracy skills
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• A current driver's licence
