The Venue: Our airport transformations are almost complete! Fuel to Fly is now serving up a fresh new vibe at Dunedin Airport, and Provenance opens from 17 April 2026.

Both cafe sites have been upgraded to deliver a fresh, elevated experience and we’re ready to welcome a new chef into our vibrant new spaces. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team and be part of this exciting new chapter.

A day in the life:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen whilst ensuring efficiency of the department
• Preparation of menu items following recipes taste testing and evaluating food before service
• Ensure the use of high-quality ingredients and ensure business and safety standards are followed
• Stock management and ordering, maintenance of food and equipment inventories

The ideal person will have:

• At least 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Skilled with the grill & presentation
• Genuine passion for hospitality
• Willingness and desire to work as part of a busy team
