Randolph Motel Apartments provide the very best in upmarket motel units and apartments offering guests five-star accommodation based in Merivale, Christchurch. Our guests enjoy relaxation and privacy in one of 16 luxurious and modern rooms, from standard studios to deluxe single and 2-bedroom apartments. We take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for our guests.

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Casual Motel Cleaner to join our small, supportive team.

This is casual role is ideal for someone who is flexible, dependable, and enjoys working efficiently in a hospitality environment.

About the Role

The number of hours varies; from 1 hour on quieter days, to up to 5 hours when multiple rooms need cleaning and servicing. On average, our cleaners work 3-4 days per week, with around 3 hours per shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and servicing motel apartments to a high standard
• Changing bed linen and refreshing rooms for incoming guests
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Restocking amenities and ensuring rooms are guest-ready
• Working efficiently while maintaining quality

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cleaning experience is required (motel, hotel, or commercial accommodation)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Must be available 7 days a week, as shifts depend on occupancy
