Kitchen Crew

Soki Sushi Train was officially opened in 2022 and soon became a popular eating spot for both local residents and tourists. We’re the first and only sushi train restaurant in Otago region in New Zealand.

We are looking for full-time / part-time Kitchen Crews to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests.

What we want from you:

• Japanese-speaking is a plus
• Commitment to working with us for at least 4 months (Jun ~ Sept)
• Eager to learn
• Ability to work both fast and accurately
• Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
• Flexibility to take on various shifts
