About the role: We're on the lookout for a full time Duty Manager to join our Front of House team to dive into a fast paced and fun environment that buzzes with an upbeat vibe. Our customers experience will be top of mind, as you will ensure our guests are comfortable and their expectations are exceeded in their experience. If you have Barista skills, that would be a bonus!! We offer flexible working hours; however, availability for night and weekend shifts is essential to align with flight schedules. A day in the life: *Be familiar with all products and services that are on offer and make recommendations *Follow cash handling and banking procedures *Adhere to liquor license requirements *Work alongside your team to ensure sections are running smoothly and efficiently *Communicate with management about queries, concerns or ideas *Learn new ways of achieving great outcomes for the business and ourselves!

The ideal person will have: *A cheerful and positive attitude, coupled with a readiness to exceed expectations! *Great customer service skills *Hold a current Duty Manager Licence *Barista skills will be a welcome bonus!! *Experience in the industry (preferred), as well as a willingness to learn and implement our way of doing things *The ability to work well as part of a team, and be efficient while working individually *Genuine passion for the hospitality industry *Flexibility to work nights and weekend shifts to align with flight schedules
