People Team Coordinator

This role is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to transition into HR support. You won't just be "HR support", you will be the engine room that keeps our people operations running smoothly, ensuring every team member has a great experience from day one. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Here is what you can expect from this role:

• Manage the HR and Careers inboxes, providing quick, accurate support to employees and leaders
• Coordinate the administration for the entire employee lifecycle-from onboarding and internal moves to parental leave and exits
• Ensure all fortnightly paperwork is precise and ready for pay runs
• Maintain our People Systems with a high level of data integrity and support the Systems Lead in finding smarter ways to work
• Coordinate induction days
• Provide administrative support across the People & Culture team, handling diverse tasks such as managing leadership travel, coordinating company meetings, setting up our People All Hands, and overseeing event logistics, such as catering, room setup, and travel

What you will bring to our team:

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you'll need:

• A natural focus on data integrity
• The ability to build professional, friendly relationships and communicate clearly in writing and person
• A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and can juggle multiple deadlines
• A deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive data
• Ideally, some background in HR administration, G-Suite proficiency, and an HR qualification (preferred but not essential)
