- LMS Ownership: Take full ownership of our Learning Management System, ensuring it is a vibrant, user-friendly hub for all learning
- Measure Impact: Establish frameworks to evaluate learning, ensuring our initiatives deliver tangible results and a clear ROI
What you will bring to our team:
- L&D Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in learning and development or organisational development, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles
- AI Enthusiast: Proven experience or a genuine passion for seeking out new trends like generative AI and translating them into practical learning content
- Content Creation Skills: Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Rise or Chameleon
- Consultative Approach: The ability to ask the right questions, partner effectively with SMEs, and translate complex info into simple, practical solutions
- Tech Savvy: Confidence in managing and optimizing L&D technologies, including LMS and survey platforms
